If you are moving away from an interest in the consumer side of clothes and focusing more so on the design and production of clothes, which I believe I am, then going to trade shows is a must, as they serve as opportunities to see what new clothing lines and trends are out there. Refinery 29 has solid coverage of the Capsule tradeshow that just went down and should serve as motivation to put the Supreme duffle down and grab a Gilded Age [first spotted @ We Are The Market].
