yea I live in D.C. about 5 minutes from Adams Morgan. I stare @ the bench @ DWR all the time, but cant drop 700 on it just yet.
Between AAU and Varsity I’ve sat on my fair benches.

is it a nice area, apartments wise? i’m looking to move into the city when my lease is up. i’m tired of the 1 hour plus commute. thank god i love my job though haha.
