Look at how Magic, Michael Jordan etc. used to do it. They viewed basketball as their business and handled it as such. And I never thought I'd ever say that Charles Barkley has a valid point but he does. Black folks just don't get that sometimes you have to conform when it comes to business especially when you're black. The odds are stacked against you and you've got to disprove the stereotype.
